Shipping takes between 1-4 weeks and varies depending on the location and whether you've pre-ordered or selected an item in stock. We dispatch packages approximately every week, and you'll receive an email notification either a few days before or on the same day the package is dispatched. We ship from Innlandet, Norway, using Bring for doorstep delivery. The shipping cost is approximately 69 NOK, which may vary based on the order, location, and package weight. Some packages may cost more or less than 69 NOK to ship, hence 69 NOK is an average estimate.

We confirm orders instantly upon your purchase. You'll be assigned an order number with a hashtag, e.g., #1111. Please take a screenshot of this number if you need assistance later in tracking your package. The second part of the order confirmation occurs when your package is packed, and we plan to dispatch it the same day or a few days later. At that point, you'll receive an email confirmation stating that the package will be delivered as soon as possible. If you don't receive either of these, you might have provided an incorrect email address.

We take responsibility for most returns, ensuring a straightforward process for the customer. Our responsibility covers cases of incorrect product delivery, whether it's the wrong color or size. Simultaneously, we are obligated to cover the return of damaged or defective products. Unfortunately, we cannot do so if the product has been used, the tag removed, or if it has become soiled. If a customer orders the wrong size or color they dislike, it's the customer's responsibility to cover the return costs.

How to return damaged product or change size:

- Send us a picture of the clothes and describe what happened exactly.

- Did you receive it like that? Did you wash it wrong? Did it get destroyed by weather?

- The BANDITZ tag needs to be still attached to the clothes, if not, you will loose all your rights of return!

- You will then receive a return label to print out and lay on the package.

Wash Instructions:

- Machine wash with cold water (approximately 30-40 degrees Celsius).
- You must turn the clothes inside out to avoid damaging the print.
- Avoid using the tumble dryer; instead, air-dry the clothes.
- For best results, hand wash the clothes and hang them up to dry.

- Avoid leaving clothes in a hot or cold bath filled with toxic chemicals.
- Avoid leaving soap on or inside the fabrics of the clothes without washing it off with cold water.

Preventing Shrinkage and Lint Balls:
- To prevent shrinkage and the formation of lint balls, it is advisable not to wash the clothes after every use.
- Prolong the life of your garments by washing them sparingly and following the recommended care instructions.

- Size XXS: Suitable for ages 13-16, height should be at least 152 cm up to 158 cm.
- Size XS: Designed for ages 14-17, with a minimum height requirement of 157 cm up to 163 cm.
- Size S: Tailored for ages 15-29, recommended height range is 161 cm to 168 cm.
- Size M: Suitable for ages 15-99, individuals should be at least 167 cm to 173 cm tall.
- Size L: Intended for ages 15-99, with a height requirement of at least 172 cm up to 179 cm.
- Size XL: Geared towards ages 16-99, individuals should be at least 178 cm to 186 cm tall.

Men Sizes:
